You have been created to be God's partner in mission.

You are uniquely gifted by God.

You have a purpose in this world.

God never stops calling us back home, back to our purpose.

We do believe that we all have an inherent raison d’etre or reason for being. It is not a matter of deciding what that reason should be, but rather uncovering what it already is. God designed you with great intention and purpose!

The benefit of understanding your unique design lies in becoming clear about what you love to do, what you do well, what enriches your life and adds value to the lives around you. The practical application of understanding your design is that it can serve as a template which you can use to determine whether a career, mission/service, or life opportunity will be a good fit for you.

Opportunities for Understanding Your Unique Design:

1.    LIving Your Strengths

“Living Your Strengths works because it’s practical; it inspires because it’s scriptural; and it’s reliable because it’s so broadly empirical.”
                                ~ Fr. Bill Hanson

Based on the work of the Gallup organization and over two million interviews, Living Your Strengths is a process that helps you to identify, affirm and serve from your strengths. It includes the Clifton StrengthsFinder® assessment and Trinity’s own workshop designed to bring us together to explore our strengths and learn about the incredible power of our community when we serve God from our strengths.

2.    The Myers Briggs Type Indicator

The MBTI, or Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, is a useful tool for understanding your God-given personality and a model for describing your preferences for gaining energy, gathering information, making decisions and approaching life. Trinity offers a series that looks at finding your type and exploring specific topics including: MBTI and Communication, MBTI and Stress, MBTI and Relationships, MBTI and Your Spiritual Path.

3.    The Enneagram

The Enneagram, from the Greek word ennea (= nine) and gramma (= sign or figure), is represented as a circle. On the circumference of the circle, there are nine points. This ancient personality system helps us to a “brutal and converting honesty about good and evil and the ways we hide from ourselves and therefore hide from God. It tries to address this "compromise with life" and this "evasion of reality" that the ego is so invested in and that religion often promotes.” Trinity offers workshops, discussion groups and individual coaching based on the Enneagram.
